Any successful sports team, company, business all share many commonalities. A pension for hard work, resilience to move forward past hurdles, a willingness to not give up, and most of all the presence of a great team. Every team has key role players, but alone and without support those key players cannot accomplish to the heights of a full team. Michael Jordan, the greatest basketball player ever (sorry Lebron), won 6 championships. As good as he was there was always four other players on the court with him. He is considered the best of all time, but he is also considered to be on the best TEAM of all time. These two things are no coincidence.
Being a part of a great team means having a support system, having the confidence to bring up ideas, and knowing that mistakes are okay. I can speak from personal experience about all these things being true at Safeline Group of Companies. I have made mistakes to which I could learn from rather than being reprimanded for. When in need of assistance the support from every level of the staff is incredible. From the office admin to the president himself, everyone is willing to help. Voicing ideas is met with excitement and ambition rather than a “my way or the highway” mentality that many companies instill.
The essence of teamwork is shown even beyond the personnel. There are four companies in the Safeline Group of Companies team. Safeline Management Services, RECO Cleaning, RER Construction, and Safeware Technology. Each company is a valuable key component, but together they make a team that is stronger than the sum of its parts.
